  • oh I'm 150 now and 5'3. I lost 5 lbs since the baby was born 1 yr ago :( I was 130 before the pregn. I'd be happy at 140!!!!!! :)

  • I am 5' 1". I am 130 lbs, I would be happy ar 110 -120 lbs. I am very short, & apparently i am ABOVE what is considered healthy weight of someone my height. I think i look OK though now.

  • I am 5'6.5'' and I go back and forth between 165-170...I wish I was like 145ish...lol but I also want to eat foods I like...and have lazy days...

  • I am 5'0 and 156 pounds and I want to be 120 and I am on the slim fast diet and I have lost 18 pounds since I started it I was 174.

  • I'm on a competition diet at work. I started working out excericising but I'm gaining muscle so I don't like that the numbers on the scale has not changed. After the comp. I will tighten up by excercising so for now I'm just going to elimanate some foods. Check out www.weightlossforall.com

  • I'm not afraid to state what I am. I'm barely 5'2" and I'm currently 188, or a size 14. I would like to get down to 135. At my highest I was 225. Right now I'm losing about 2-4 pounds a week eating healthier and working out. I'm upset though.....I hurt my back and haven't been able to do my usual workout in the last two days.

  • I am 4'11" and 135lbs. I was about 125 when I got pregnant, which was above my normal weight. I want to get back to about 115-120lb. I know I'm short, but any less than that starts to look bony and I love my curvy body. I just want to lose enough weight to get my tight tummy back and thin my thighs up a bit. I definitely don't want to lose my booty or my boobies!!

  • i WEIGH 180 LBS., MORE THAN I HAVE EVER WEIGHED. IT IS HARDER TO TAKE OFF WHEN YOU ARE OLDER. THE BEST FOOD PLAN THAT I KNOW THAT WORKS FOR ME IS WEIGHT WATCHERS. MEETINGS REALLY HELP. I HAVE LOST YEARS AGO 43 LBS. I AM NOW ON IT AND TRYING HARD TO STAY ON IT. I DON'T ATTEND MEETING, BUT WILL AS SOON AS I CAN.....PATRICIA
