What do you bring to the autism screening?

Here is the info I have to bring so far.

Nicholas B. 3/21/08

4/17/08 - First time rolling over (back to front)
4/30/08 - Found hands
5/19/08 - First Smile
7/7/08 - Found Feet
8/9/08 - First Laugh
8/15/08 - First time holding and shaking a rattle
8/15/08 - First time Crawling
Behavior Concerns
Doesn’t make any gestures (no sigh language, no up, no pointing, no waving, no hugs. )
Doesn’t respond to name
Rocks on his butt
Crawls into walls repeatedly
Shakes his head
Doesn’t respond to “NO,” or any other definitive phrase
Screams at certain noises for hours (many of them are baby toys)
Doesn’t like his ears touched
Grinds his teeth
Sits up against a wall and bangs his head repeatedly
Is obsessed with links, and only links
Doesn't really like to be touched at all - tends to pull away

  • I don't know about all that. I have to take all his evaluation reports, his current IEP, two snacks and a drink.

    My 3 year old is doing the ADOS next week.
