What foods are OK for my 8 month old!

Hi Ladies, so I'm pretty clear on what my baby boy CAN'T have..but am I missing anything?? I know he can't have cow's milk before 1, citrus (oranges) before 1, no peanuts, whole wheat bread only, no egg whites before the age of 1...is there anything else you can think of that is a big NO NO for his age. THANKS.

  • OMG TiccledBlue YOU are SOOOO right! OH the memories. I gave our now four year old son raisins when he was still in diapers and then my husband changed his diaper and he was like "OH MY WHAT IS THIS?" He didn't know what to think! HAHA! LOL

  • Honey and popcorn. Honey for the potential botolism and popcorn for a choking hazard.

  • I personally held off on raisins until they had molars for grinding and chewing. Otherwise, they...um...well, they come out looking like grapes again.
