has anyone else or anyone know what can be done?

i have a almost11month old baby boy who grinds his teeth constantly and i have no clue what to do about it? anyone else have this happen? do u know if doctors or something do anything about this? ~THANX~

  • i think they make retainer things....i would ask your doctor or dentist. i think it is something that can cause problems.

  • i dont think they can do anything at that age. Anything small enough to fit in their mouth would be a choking hazzard.

    not sure what they could do though. might call your local pediatric dentist.

  • i have no idea. my dd is now 4 and she has been grinding her teeth for awhile now. i have to ask the dentist about it on her next visit.

  • talk to a peiatric dentist but i dont think they have any thing for babies that young........when they get bigger thats another strory

  • My 3 ds's did that at about that age. It is a phase that they went through and then quit that and moved on to making the choking noises. Now, that one freaked me out. They were experimenting with the different things that they were discovering that they could do.
