How tall is your 4 year old?

My daughter is 46" tall, and she is 4 1/2. The charts say she is at the 50th% for her height at her age, but it seems like she is really tall for her age compared to the other kids in her class. Just wondering if this is really average, or fairly tall.

  • Here is the url for the CDC growth chart for girls;

    If you are concerned, be sure to call your pediatrician and run it by one other doctor for your peace of mind. I have a tall child as well, but we are a tall family.

    All the best!
