Were you already in labor? Did you go into labor right after that? Was it weeks later? HOw far along were you when you lost it?

  • I just lost mine these past few days. I'm 38 wks. and it doesn't seem like labor is imminent, but you never know. I've heard the mucus plug can actually grow back!

  • With my first i didn't lose it before labor..i can only assume it came out sometime during labor. this time around i have been losing pieces of it for weeks now.
It is not an indication of labor starting soon.
