  • The greatest influence of yoga on my life was that it taught me to be patient with myself. From this I have become more patient with others. I believe in myself more than I did before studying yoga. Other benefits are that I gained flexibility and balance, which encouraged me to pursue other forms of exercise. I also learned relaxation techniques and breath control, which help me calm down and help me sleep.
