  • We ate at a Thai restaurant. I had Tom Kar Gai soup and Fresh spring rolls with tofu...yummy. DH had Tom Yum soup and Bangkok beef. My son had chicken satay and sticky rice.

  • Chili ... I always make a HUGE batch and then freeze the leftovers in big plastic containers. Tonight, we defrosted one, then had cheese, sour cream, chives, hot sauce and warmed up tortilla's on the side.
