  • Pasta dishes.

    Maceroni and cheese, pasta bake, spaghetti and bolognese, pasta and pesto. We enjoy our pasta.

  • Homemade burritos with ground turkey, refried beans, chopped tomatoes, onion, cilantro, avocado, lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream and hot sauce topped with a squeeze of lime juice in corn tortillas. We love it and its cheap to make most of the time.

  • We do a lot of chicken - chicken soups/stews in the winter months
    During the summer months we grill and it's mostly beefs (red meats) used...

  • Whatever's on sale. True story. I get a club pack of whatever is on sale and go with it. We eat vegetarian 2 or 3 days a week. So I'll get a pack of chicken, make baked chicken one day, chicken and dumplings, Chicken alfredo, and stuffed chicken, But I go every other with a veggie dish like homemade minestrone, Spaghetti with garlic and oil, butternut squash risotto. Then I go back to the store and get a different meat on sale. We don't get tired because I make sure the dishes are very different and I do rotate them with other things.
