Can you explain?

How long into your pregnancy do the uterine cramps stop? And what is the reason for the cramping?

  • The cramping is caused by your uterus expanding. It varied for everyone when it goes away, but it usually gets better during the second trimester and then you get pain again during the third.

  • it never really goes way its all the crap moving and stretching too make room for baby
