  • More than 6 weeks. Might have even been as long as 8 weeks. Can't recall exactly.

  • I bled for 3 weeks but i didnt breastfeed.

  • 4 weeks. It doesn't necessarily make a difference if your breastfeeding or not though. (I breastfed). Breastfeeding helps your uterus contract back to normal size faster, generally, but many women still bleed 3-4 weeks.

    I didn't get my period until 13 months postpartum though, that was nice!

  • 4 weeks. I then got my menstrual about 6 weeks after that for a week, and that was the last time I had a cycle (my son is 8 1/2 months and still bfing)

  • I bled for a week ... and I just stopped breastfeeding had a 3 day cycle had the Mirena put in and have had only light spotting since.... eventually though Ishould not have any periods... whoohoo I can't wait
