how do I get my towels soft and fluffy again. they are so hard and stiff; and feel really rough.

  • Try washing them a few times without soap. Some washers, especially older models, do not thoroughly rinse all of the soap out of your laundry and it's usually recommended to wash things that are not too soiled without adding soap every once and a while in order to use the soap that's stores in the towels/clothes and remove it.

    You can also try fabric softener or dryer sheets.

  • I use liquid softener then I throw a dryer sheet in the dryer. Try not to dry them too long. That will make them hard and rough too.
