Do you have someone to talk to?

Do you have someone to really talk to, without worrying that they will judge you? Everyone says "Oh if you need someone to talk to I'm here." But who really means it? Don't people have their own problems to worry about, without listening to someone eles' problems? So do you have atleast one person that you can go to for with anything, without feeling like a burden?
