  • Lower your standards? A lot of people cannot find a "job", much less a "decent" one. Get a job, then send resumes all over or consider taking classes. Go to job fairs and join clubs or org.s in the field you wish to you. Networking is a great way to build your resume and potential job contacts. Don't expect the prefect job right away. Even in a good economy it takes time. Now it will take more time b/c there are more potential workers so the employer can be picky. Good luck.
