  • artificial sweeteners are not ok for general health BUT everything in moderation. Most OB's will ok things like aspartame/sucrose in small amounts.

  • iv heard and read no unless your Dr has ok it.
    they have alot of chemicals in them its not actual suger. They arnt good for you in everyday life but you really want to avoid them during pregnancy.

  • to anon @ 5:44 Splenda is sucralose. Equal is aspartame.
