teacher with a tattoo?

If you had a kid who was in say, third or fourth grade, and the teacher had a nickel sized tattoo on her wrist (nothing offensive, looks like an ankh) and it was covered the majority of the time by a watch or bracelet, would that bother you as a parent?

  • Absoulutly not. It's not like she's getting tatoos left and right. Or maybe she is but you can't see them. What she does with her body, is what she does with her body.

  • My 1st grader's teacher has a small tattoo on her ankle and I've never thought anything of it. I have 3 tats myself. She's an awesome teacher and that's all I've ever noticed about her.

  • I am a retired pre-school teacher with 3 tats now working on 2 more, but one my black pathner could not be covered up during warmer months and I never once got anything negative said to me or any other school offical about it...
As long as it's not real offensive I don't believe it really matters...
