Acid reflux is kicking my butt... what do I do? Sleeping elevated isn't helping. Controlling what I eat is limiting my options but not helping. I'm running out of natural remedies here.

  • I get it too - it's awful. sometimes saltines seems like they kind of soak up the acid or something. I've heard that some people take zantac and that it helps - you'll want to double check that with your doctor tho...

  • I have heartburn so bad sometimes it makes me throw up! I found that Zantac or generic its called Ranitidine twice a day along with tums by the handful helps me greatly!! Also staying away from caffeine in pop and coffee or tea helps a lot too! I literally go through bottles every month.
