if you have a full bladder can that mess up your transvaginal ultrasound

  • most of the time they tell you to have a full bladder so everything is compact and easier to see.

  • I was always told that the picture is clearer with an empty bladder, but the oposite is true if you have the abdominal one. Not sure if you are asking about a clear picture, or misdiagmosis. But in my experience I was always told to urinate before a trans vag.

  • Sometimes they want you to have a full bladder if you aren't very far along.

  • AK aries i was talking about would it not be able to see the baby if my bladder was full during the transvaginal ultrasound
