Picking up my 5 month old (who already weighs 20 lbs) has caused my biceps to bulk up to embarrassing proportions (I'm quite small), Any ways to turn it to lean muscle?

  • It probably is lean tissue already. The biceps build up quickly. It shows that you are strong. :)
