(minimum 6 characters) well the doctor gave me some medicine for my 3 month old...

well she said to let it sit in the sides of his mouth, but he automatically swallowed it, is it gonna hurt him, will the medicine even work if he does that each time?

  • It's okay if he swallows it. When I give it I to tiny amounts all over in the mouth... cheeks, lips, tounge... make sure you give it after he is done eating so that it sits in his mouth the longest

  • I assume you mean Nystatin? It won't hurt him but try giving him 1/4 of the medicine at one time. If the Nystatin doesnt look like its working switch to Genetian Violet. Read up on it, it worked for my dd after 4 bottles of Nystatin did nothing!
