  • I run 2 to 3 miles a day. I find that really tightens up the stomach area.

  • Wear a girdle all day every day for 2 months(or 6 weeks) and even wear it while working out. I wore mine for 6 weeks after my daughter was born and did crunches every other day (different exercises though because the abs got use to the exercise) anyways it helped a lot and tightened my stomach.
