HR people..... I have a question on being put on probation at job

Long story short, I disagree with the reasoning on why they put me on probation. I have email documentation to support my side of the issue. Can they fire me for not signing the disciplinary action paper if I dont agree with it?

  • They can. If you have proof that they are wrong, you could fight them to get unemployment, but you might not win. Might not be worth it.
