  • It can go either way...in any case having unprotected sex can result in getting STDs.

  • You just have to have sex with ONE person who is infected.

It's like getting pregnant. You don't need several men to contribute. JUST ONE!

  • Either way. If you have sex with someone who has an std already, (unprotected or maybe even protected, if the condom breaks) Then you can get it. If you are worried that you may have come into contact with an std, please go get checked. The earlier you find out the better.

  • There are some things that condoms actually can't protect against. Plus, some people can have certain diseases from other than sex like a dirty needle or even something their mother gave them at birth. But you can have sex even one time and get something. Or even not at all like in the case of having something from your mother giving birth. Anytime you are having sex, protected or not, you stand a chance of getting some form of STD.

  • I have always used condoms, ALWAYS!!! I ended up getting the clap from having sex with a boyfriend that had it and didn't know. PP was right about it not protecting against HPV.

  • You only have to have sex with one infected person. It doesn't matter how they became infected.
