Are all Caucasians white?

I heard they considered Indains as Caucasians is this true? This mean to be a friendly post :) please dont bash its NOT serious~

  • When I was in school and they asked to check off which race you were, the choice wasn't caucasian. You checked off Anglo-Saxon. Which meant you were from the descendants of Angles or Saxons. They were white skinned.
    Google Anglo-Saxon for more info.

  • Iam white and my SO is mexican. Well the wic office made me choose a box for my daughter! There was no other. Well the lady said to pick which one she more looks like!!

  • I think maybe you are thinking that some forms have Caucasian (Hispanic origin) and Caucasian (white). B/c Spainards are Hispanic origin but appear "white".

  • I look white but I'm part Hispanic, Spanish, American & Mayan Indian as well as Austrian, Yugoslavian & Dutch. Frankly, I think the whole thing is ridiculous. I always check Hispanic for myself & my children unless they have Other or Mixed, then I mark that one.

  • I would think thats what it means. NOw what the difference in Caucasion and Anglo saxon is...I don't now. Thats worth googling.
