Here lately I have not been wanting to work out Does anyone know why? I use to want to work out at least one hour a day. now none.. HELP

  • its the winter blues ,thats what i call it i get into a good routine and then ...blahhh....and then blahhh some more .for a few days just try to make it a priority and then youll find your groove again i go through this too itll be ok sweetie good luck with your workouts .

  • Are you doing the samething every time? Maybe mix it up. Check out the flirty girl workout, it might be fun for you and your SO. Bring It!
