how to keep my 11 month old sleep thru the night

my 11 month old daughter used to be really good at sleeping thru the night since the day she came home but ever since she turned 10 months thats not the case how can i get her to sleep thru the night she eats plenty during the day and before bed i give her bath and story we have a routine she just wants to get up in the night .???? help b/c its getting old now...

  • LET HER CRY IT OUT.... THATS THE ONLY WAY GOOD LUCK.... OR IF YOU DON'T ITS ONLY GOING TO GET WORSE, AS LONG AS YOU KNOW SHES NOT HUNGRY, WET, POOPY, ECT, SHE'S FINE, JUST TURN OF THE MONITOR, SHE NEEDS TO KNOW HOW TO CALM HER SELF BACK TO SLEEP, GOOD LUCK

  • I agree, seems liem you're doing all thr right stuff, shes too dependent on you to fall alseep now, cry it out.

  • Maybe she's teething. That can disturb sleep patterns. So can developmental surges. If you think she's teething, you could try giving her a dose of motrin before bed and see if that makes a difference. You don't HAVE to cio. That's up to you and what you feel is best. This is just a phase and it will pass.

  • yeah it could be teething....otherwise I would let her cry it out.....she will prob only do it for a couple of nights
