Universal Healthcare in San Francisco

So San Francisco has universal health care and its working beatifully, has anyone who is against realize that it is in effect in a major US city and working?
Would you be willing to look at it?

  • Count me in as not agreeing with this post! CA is, and always has been, a "state of their own" - kind of like totally "out there"....

  • I agree with the previous posters....CA is and almost always is the example of what NOT to do....are they not the brokest state in the union right now? Why more gov't programs?

  • Try to tell people we have a massive population in this country and growing.Universail health care would be a disater it usually is regardless.
