  • I give my 7 month old baby food about an hour after breastfeeding.
Don't skip any bottles... but she might not want it every 3 hours if she just ate... but I would offer it anyway.
My son eats 3 meals/day.. but it's up to you and what you think you daugther wants/needs

  • Only 5oz? At 10 months I think most formula fed babies are drinking at least 7-8oz and eating way less than every 3 hrs. Trying giving him more like 6-7 oz and if the baby is still hungry offer food.

  • When do you eat your meals? That's when I would start giving her food.

I gave a sippy with breakfast, a sippy with juice/water and snack mid-morning, a sippy of milk with lunch, a sippy with juice/water and snack mid-afternoon, a sippy of milk with supper and a sippy of milk about 1 1/2 hours before bed.

If she's only taking 5oz of formula every three hours, I definitely wouldn't cut any out.....

  • Try to up her formula intake. My son is 8 months and has been on 8oz for about a month. Each child is different. Try to give her more and let her fill up, maybe she will go a little longer between feedings. HTH
