i took out pork ribs to make for supper tonight. is it to late to start cooking them now? it is 12:45pm here

  • well its not how were you planning on doing them? i start mine at 350 and let them cook (i of course season them and put chicken broth in with them and cover them) once they have started cooking i let turn them down and let them slow cook. when the are tender i put the sauce on and turn the oven up again and leave them in for fifteen or twenty minutes more

  • Not too late at all. I brown mine and put them in the crock pot for 4 hours. Now you got me trying to figure out what to have for dinner!

  • oh we always do ours in the oven i dont know if it would take longer in the crock pot or not

  • sure, you can even cook them from frozen. they only take an hour and a half
