Does anyone have a really good meat marinade? I was thinking chicken or pork chops for dinner but I want to marinade them differently...

  • I like olive oil, garlic powder, season salt, pepper, wochestershire. It is really good on steak and pork chops. Never had it on chicken. Olive oil locks in the moisture. Instead of season salt I always use jane's mixed up salt and pepper...they are so good!

  • For the pork you can make them sweet...just salt and pepper them to taste, and rub some brown sugar on them, let them sit for about 10 minutes till the sugar looks syrupy on them and bake till done, these are good baked or grilled, my kids love them...LOL.
