  • its very plain bland foods such as
    Bananas Rice Applesause and dry toast. thats what it stands for.
    its easy to digest when baby is sick. and even for adults.

  • Its a diet used for diarrhea or even when the kids get sick i use it on mine when they are just under the weather and it seems to help

  • They say you can also add plain lean meats, like unseasoned chicken. A little protein helps you heal better.
