Why are we going to the store?
Why do we need dinner?
Why do you like chicken?
Why are we going home?
Why are you cooking dinner?
Why are you getting plates?
Why do we need forks to eat?
Okay, i know why they ask so many questions. And i very rarely ever tell him things like "bc i told you so." or whatever. ...but does anyone else go nuts hearing this from their kid all day long? Especially when they top it off with other questions like "what are you doing?" "where are you going?"

...okay. ...i just needed a little release. lol.

  • LOL glad you could get that off your chest! Children are learning, and they all go through that stage. My daughter isnt there yet, but when my little sisters were, i actually had fun answering all the questions, because then my sisters thought i was the smartest thing in the world and practically worshiped me. LOL

  • I would start talking to my babies when they were just tiny. I would talk to them as if I were talking to any other person who was with me. If the child is asking you questions, just answer them as you are working in the kitchen or whereever. Try not to seem irritated, just engage in a relaxed conversation with him. "We are putting the plates on the table so people have something to put their food on. We are going to the store to buy chicken. I like chicken because it tastes good." He probably just wants to talk to you.
