Movies..really? br />
He was given gifts of historicle significance. ornamental pen holder made from the timbers of the Victorian anti-slave ship HMS Gannet, a framed commission for HMS Resolute and a first edition of the seven-volume biography of Churchill by Sir Martin Gilbert. Also the children got an outfit each from Topshop and six children's books by British authors which are shortly to be published in America.
The man is not known to particularly like movies so that wasn't the reason. This is emberassing. It doesn't seem very classy or like much thought went into it. I know I give movies when I am in a rush. In fairness Bush gave him a fur lined Jacket that wasn't his style..but MOVIES? Do you think it appropriate?
