  • We like homemade tex-mex food. We always keep ground turkey, fat free refried or black beans, low-sodium taco seasoning, lettuce, tomato, cilantro, onion, jalapenos, avocados, sour cream, picante sauce, cheese and lime as well as corn and flour tortillas and taco shells or tortilla chips. That way we can make tacos, tortillas, burritos, tostadas, anything like that when we want it. The kids never get tired of it and its healthy and filling.

  • We eat a lot of chicken. I love it in pasta, on the grill, baked, stir fried, and in a chicken salad. Allrecipes.com has a lot of good recipes with ratings and comments.
