I have a 4 year old with down syndrome who is very small for his age. He has been diagnosed with failure to thrive. Are there any other mothers in the same position??? Please help!!.

  • I don't have a little one with down syndrome, but am fairly familiar with it. It's common for kids with down syndrome to be a little smaller, don't worry about that. Size is just relative anyways. Also, just because they say your little one won't thrive doesn't mean s/he won't. Doctors are wrong all the time. I always have more hope than what they tell people.
