  • I guess I meant "core" exercises. To strengthen your core. Like pilates type stuff.

  • So you are just assuming I'm an idiot for asking a question. Gee Thanks! I never said "I want to have a 6 pack my whole pregnancy" I just want to have strength in my core because it's supposed to help with back pain.

  • i would look up prenatal pilates and prenatal yoga tapes i know netflix has them- i rented a few- but they just collected dust because i was too tired to try them out lol but good luck and yes strengthening ur core can help the back pain!
