over the counter heart burn relief?

does anyone know of any over the counter heart burn medicine that is safe to take during pregnancy?

  • You can have Maalox, Mylanta or Tums.

    I recommend Maalox. It tastes better than Mylanta and the Tums just got stuck in my teeth!

  • almonds!! chew them up really, really well...they line the esophagus and cut down on heartburn and its discomfort...and bonus - protein!!

  • i carry a big bottle of plain original Rolaids. i don't think that the flavors work for me.

  • I 2nd Rolaids Soft Chews! They are so tasty and gave me long term relief unlike tums.
