  • I'm raising a 6 yr old math geek. He can't say the word "percent." It comes out "present" as in, "we are happy to present this award to." And he thinks it's always plural. So when we're in the store he'll say things like, "look, mommy, those are 25 presents off!"

  • It's not really a pronounciation but my niece was going around singing "I believe in Malcolm!" She cracked up when I told her the song says "I believe in miracles!"

  • You know how some kids can't say spaghetti, it comes out pascetti? Well the other day my son was telling me about the Chef Pescetti on Curious George and he kept calling him Chef Spaghetti.

He also can't say any word that rhymes with pattern. He always adds a syllable. It comes out patteren or caveren
