  • How old is baby? How often does baby feed? I would say 8-12 oz would normally be enough but it would help to know how old. Does baby take a bottle?

  • I would say for 5 hours 10 -12 oz, and for 8 hours about 16 oz. Maybe 20 just to be safe. My dd was always unpredictable to what she would take in a bottle. Normally we would offer 2 oz at a time.

  • I would say pump as much as you can get and freeze it. It will last up to 6 months frozen and then you know you will have enough for your outing and maybe some extra for another trip out. I'd keep it in 2 oz. bags so a little can be offered at a time. Its never a bad thing to have extra frozen milk on hand!
