  • I can so relate... I am a mama of four, and have yet to find my baody I started with, however I have to say that I don't have much time or flexibility when it comes to being able to walk or go to a gym. I have been pretty focused on reallly stepping it up a notch and believe it or not I have been doing the WII Fit. I LOVE IT!!! I have been using it for 2 weeks now and I have lost 7.6lbs and I actually look forward to doing it again the next day. I highly recommed it.

  • this might sound dorky but it actually works...well i'm reading "the beck diet for life: how to think like a thin person" it's all about using cognitive therapy to not only lose weight but keep it off..anyways in it she talks about making these index cards for on one you list the top ten reasons you want to lose the weight, look at that twice a day, then other cards (like for when u don't want to work out n are tired or whatever)'s a lot but even though you know why you want to lose the weight, when you read the card and see it again (even if it's "b/c i want to look hot on the beach this summer!" lol) it'll help motivate u, good luck :)
