  • "charged with practicing medicine without a license and tampering with evidence" Wasnt charged for murder. What I don't get is why does the woman have a lawsuit against him, when she signed a damn paper for him to kill her baby!? Not that I agree with it, but the woman is just as bad as this man.

  • That's so horrible! My last baby was born between 23 - 24 weeks and she is a perfectly healthy 2 yr old!!! Unfortunately, this kind of thing happens more that we know and is never caught or reported. It's sickening.

  • She went in for an abortion, what did she expect? She should be charged. The doctor wasn't even at the clinic when it happened. The nurses and aides are the one that did it. She's suing for money...she didn't care about her kid.

I agree...she didn't want the kid, tried to have an abortion and when things looked like she could get some money out of it, she jumped on the chance and claimed to have this epiphany. Whatever, she should be charged as well, she's the one who signed paperwork to kill her baby.

  • it qualifies as murder where a successful abortion does not because the baby was removed from the womb, live, and actually breathed a few breaths of air before he died.

with an abortion, the baby is dead before removed from the womb, and never breaths air.

both wrong, but there's the difference as to why one is murder and one is not

  • silly republican, until your fetus sticks its head out your who-ha, its not human, just a big lump of tissue.
Thats why abortion-even late term-as in day before your due date late term - isnt murder.
Unless of course you want this lump of tissue, then someone hits ya in the belly causing you to miscarry the fetus, then its human, because you wanted it. Technically, science has no hand in determining the difference between a worthless fetus and a human with rights, the feelings of the mother does. gah.
I thought repubs were supposed to be edumacated...

  • Auntimom410: Who told you that? Are you doing any reseach of conception to childbirth for yourself or are you listening to people that want your money and will tell you anything because they know you are simple enough to believe it.
