Now is the time to focus on YOURSELF! Forget men for a while...I did for about 1 1/2 years after leaving a live-in fiance. Join a gym or start a new diet and exercise routine. Did you know that a small amount of exercise or a change in diet, or a change in your regular environments (living and work spaces) can raise the serotonum levels in your brain which in turn "perk you up?"
Bottom line, in focusing on YOU, and doing what makes YOU happy (regardless of what others think!), can dramaticaly change your outlook on life. That in turn creates a "new you" fit, full of energy and confidence...and THAT is sexy! That sexiness will have you turning heads, and picking and chosing the RIGHT kind of man you deserve! :o)
