  • sleeping on a cloud like bed, in an empty white room, when a random thought fills my head i go back to the room pushing that thought out, usually works if i can do it and not think about anything and lay still.

  • I don't think, or at least do my best to try not to, lol. It's the thinking that keeps me awake! Usually I'll keep repeating " Sleep, sleep, sleep" in my head until I do. Otherwise, it's downstairs to watch an infomercial and I'm out in a matter of minutes!

  • I take a Xanax and wait 20 minutes until I pass out and sleep for 4+ hours straight. I also watch tv or read a really boring book until I get drowsy and fall asleep.

  • First I think of the ocean. Then my mind turns to a blank, brand new, chalkboard.
I just focus intently(with my minds eye) on that blank surface and then I am out!

If its really bad I tend to get up and turn on the tv til I drop off.
