If you could eliminate one thing from your life what would it be?

How would your life be any different?

If it were possible to do this without technically causing it to happen, I would eliminate my DSS's BM. For as long as she is alive I will never deny them the right to have some form of a relationship (well, as long as she doesnt go completly off her rocker), because in many ways I feel it is very important for DS to make his own choice about his BM. However, our life would be happier and much easier without her.

  • I would eleminate having to think up what to make for dinner:). I'll cook it, I'll clean it up, I just don't want to dream it up.

  • Hmmm... good question. You know, I don't think I'd eliminate anything. It's all just the way it's supposed to be, even though some parts are unpleasant sometimes.

  • I completely agree with you outstandingLove. I too have a wonderful stepson and I would LOVE to be able to say "YES honey you can stay here forever, we don't have to take you back to your mom's house". Life would be MUCH easier, and I think that he would be MUCH happier.

  • I would eliminate choosing to stay in California after I became an adult(too expensive). I am stuck until my kids are all grown up, this includes my SS. So, another 9 years!
