i fed my 3 year old daughter a bowl of beef stew and a honey bun

  • i belive that a child eats until he or she is full as long as you did not force her to eat every bit then no you did not over feed her...

  • She'd have let you know if it was too much. :) Maybe she's having a growth spurt. I know when my kids are doing this, they eat NON-STOP, especially my son, I think he actually does have a hollow leg. A very LONG, hollow leg. :)

  • No i don't think she was over fed, but calorie wise it may be too many. Honey Bun seems big for a little 3yr old. and beef stew isn't low cal. so I think there could have been healtheir options, but aren't their always? Is she overwieght?
