  • Once a day or at most once every other day. If you aren't going that much, something is wrong. If you go more than that, I would be talking to a doctor as well. Maybe IBS??

  • Once a day at the very least.

If you are not going regularly then the food in your stomach is rotting and putrefying. This usually happens if you eat meat or grains. They are hard on your body to digest and can take up to 24 hours.

If you are going less, drink plenty of water and increase you intake of high-water content foods like fruits and greens. Fruits and greens will keep you regular as they are easily digested and are full of all the nutrients your body needs. Eat as much fruit as you desire before meals and a large green salad every day.
