Has anyone really starved to loose weight?Come on ladies, I know we all watch what we eat these days

  • I "feel" like I am starving-but I have to get my body used to less calories!

    Starving sends your body into "starvation mode" and that will make it harder to loose weight.

  • Heh I did, I would only drink mountain dew, I weighed 145 then less than 3 weeks later weighed 130 but after all that starving and losing weight a couple weeks later I found out I was pregnant lol so it wasn't worth it!

  • Yes I did ,bad idea,I ended up being hospitalized,and in a wheel chair because of it,I lost so much muscle tone in my legs and arms I could'nt walk.I was in the hospital 4 months.I lost the weight,but almost my life also. But look at me now .I BEAT ANOREXIA . ha ha

  • haha No but I wish I could. Damn I don't have that much self control... I need to lose ten pounds... I have been going to the gym and that helps cuz I don't want to eat very much after cuz I know how hard I worked just for one little piece of food... EERRR

  • ... It will only cause problems down the road. it throws your body out of wack & you will lose your metabolism!

    I did it when I was younger & just struggled with my weight after that & now i am 220... Instead of starving yourself just do your body good & eat healthy. Work out. drink lots of water!
