what do you do before going to the gyno?

I have an appointment for my yealy pap tomorrow. This is only my 2nd time getting a pap and the first time I went I was pregnant and really did not care much about down there. So I am just wondering do you do anything special before going like get a wax, shave, trim or anything before you go? Obviously I am going to take a shower before going but I can not decide if I need to do more :)

  • Before I had kids I would shower, trim the hair very carefully, shave the legs. After kids and knowing my ob/gyn so well, I just shower.
