When a group Owner promotes a member to be an "Administrator" what does it mean?

When a group Owner promotes a member to be an "Administrator" what does it mean?

Does it then allow that member to do as far as navigating the group online?

Can they then see and manage everything that the group owner can?

Thanks!

  • An Administrator would help the group owner in any way the owner asks her to (that they agree upon, of course!).

The admin can do almost everything that the owner can but not everything. Like only the owner can send a group bulletin out to the members. Admins can accept group applications (by default) but sometimes the owner may ask their admin not to do that.

I hope I answered you in a helpful way!

  • Group admins also get copied on all abuse reports, and are able to delete posts.
