  • I'm a big fan of Old Navy and the Gap. Old Navy usually have really good sales.

  • Ayayayay! Ladies, do you really care about namebrands? I am so sorry but I have been raising a great son on second hand clothes and new clothes when I have the money. Why do moms focus on names brands? please don't play the "they last longer" games, because kids over grow ANY clothes before they wear out.

  • it isnt the name brand as much as its the style, they have certain looks. But that's why I shop second hand store lol! Why spend the money when they are just gonna grow out of it.

  • I understand the "look" but moms seem obsessed with brandnames. As if we all came out less fortunate for not having brandnamed clothing. No one is ever going to remember (especially your baby) if they wore name brands. Have you ever seen greatness come out of poverty? Have you ever seen someone say OMG! she is a great mom because she buys brand names!

  • I might get bashed for this...but I figure if we can afford it, why not? I save some of my older daughters stuff for my younger one. But I still shop wherever I find cute clothes for my daughters.

  • Well, when I shop for my son it's mainly Wal Mart & Target. Occasionally I go to Kohl's or J C Penney's if they are having really good sales. He does have some stuff from name brand stores(Gymbo, Children's Place, etc) but only because relatives buy it for them because they can afford it. I buy what I can afford. And honestly, my 2 yr old BOY, can't see spending tons of money on clothes that he will destroy with mud and everything else. He doesn't care anyways. We save the namebrand stuff for when we go out for dinner or to a family party.
